These terms apply to Gospel Study Hub, including its Family Study Hub, General Conference Study Hub, study activities and games. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the site.
Independent website and non-affiliation
Gospel Study Hub is independently created and maintained to support personal and family study. It is not an official website of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and is not sponsored, endorsed, maintained by or affiliated with the Church. References to the Church, its teachings, publications or programs identify study topics and sources; they do not imply approval of this website.
Study resources and accuracy
Activities, summaries, questions and games are supplemental study aids. They may contain mistakes or interpretations and do not replace scriptures, original conference messages, official Church publications or professional advice. Consult the original sources when accuracy or context matters.
Copyrights, trademarks and third-party materials
Church-owned materials and trademarks belong to Intellectual Reserve, Inc. or the other rights holders identified with those materials. Other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Gospel Study Hub does not claim ownership of those materials. Original site materials remain the property of their respective creators or owners, subject to applicable licenses.
Copyright notices, credits and license restrictions accompanying individual materials continue to apply. This notice does not represent that every third-party use has been licensed, establish that a use is fair use, or grant visitors permission to reuse third-party content. Educational or noncommercial use alone does not establish fair use. Obtain any permission required for your own use.

Personal use and responsible access
You may use the site’s study features for lawful personal and family study. Any downloads remain subject to the rights and licenses of the included materials. Do not sell or redistribute content without the rights required to do so, remove ownership notices, impersonate another person, share access credentials without authorization, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code or interfere with the service. Nothing here restricts uses that applicable law permits.
Accounts, families and saved progress
Keep your login details private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use and decide which activities are appropriate. Do not submit another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization. Saved progress may depend on your account, browser or device and may be lost when data is cleared or features change; keep separate copies of anything important.
External links and voluntary support
Links may lead to official Church resources or other services, including Patreon. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices and are not controlled by Gospel Study Hub. A link does not imply endorsement in either direction. Any voluntary support is subject to the receiving platform’s terms and is not represented as a contribution to the Church or as tax-deductible.
Availability, warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its materials are provided as available and without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Availability, accuracy, security and uninterrupted or error-free operation are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including loss of saved progress. These terms do not exclude liability or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Features and these terms may change. Updated terms will display a revised date and apply going forward, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Any separately posted privacy policy addresses data handling; this page does not replace that policy or waive obligations under applicable law.
